the OPRAH effect.....

We are now so consumed as to what NOT to do as parents, so our children have the self esteem we did not.......

What the heck happens when they are out in the real world as employees and have no respect or care of what their superiors think of them ?????

    Absolutely! What happens indeed...
    What worries me more is the lack of personal job satisfaction for the sake of their own mental health in doing the job day after day. Where did this human 'sleep mode' at work come from?
